Economic Disaster?

Here we go again. Lots of people on TV seem to be getting excited because there are hints that house sales are beginning to move and that this will be followed by an increase in house prices. Don't we ever learn? This is is just another sign that we are, once again, on the slippery road to ruin. What is really required is for our nation to turn to Jesus Christ.

Every year Ashwood Church have a fantastic event on Morven Park. They provide music, games, burgers, hot dogs and chat for about two hours every evening from Monday to Friday. The aim is to just bless Kirkby-in-Ashfield in the name of the Lord. Monday night went well with plenty of activities and good burgers. Last night the games went well but the weather was a bit wet. We are praying for Kirkby. If you're about tonight at about 7pm then call in. If you need some one to pray with you then call in as well.
